Refund Policy

The firm B. Bagaria & Sons rely on this Refund Policy to ensure full client satisfaction with every service provided. As a principle, we never ask for any advance amount for any of our services. However, when a client contacts us by phone or email or by personal visit, our initial response is to assist the client in getting the best of professional service as required by the concerned client. However, in some cases a client may be unsatisfied for reasons completely beyond our control, in which case a refund may be processed.

REFUND POLICY

Our refund policy for all professional services is as follows:

The firm B. Bagaria & Sons, in its sole and absolute discretion, allow for the refund of any amount received from any of its clients within 60 days from the date of payment. For recurring billing refunds for more than one payment may be provided if requested within the standard 60 days refund period.

Clients requesting a refund after 60 days will be required to provide necessary supporting evidence for claiming refund after the allowed period of 60 days.

If a client requests a refund and the refund is approved by the firm B. Bagaria & Sons, the money for the requested services is refunded back to the client, in part or whole. If the refund is for a recurring billing service, then the refund policy allows for the most recent payment to be refunded. Multiple payment refund can be provided as long as they are within the firm’s Refund Policy. A refund on a recurring billing service will also result in cancellation of service contract. Refund will only be credited back to the account used for making the payment. If the original account has been closed, the client is not eligible for refund.

When a refund request is made from any unsatisfied client, the client generally receives a full refund. However, any payments made on behalf of the concerned client with respect to his or her tax, duty or any other legal obligations, shall be deducted from the total refund amount.
